What should be paid attention to during the test run of diesel generator set

Precautions 1

This machine cannot operate in parallel, but it is prohibited to cancel the interlock circuit in the screen. After the mains power is restored, the unit confirms the operating time. The operation of the main switch on the auxiliary control panel is not limited by "manual" or "automatic", but it should be used with caution.

Notice 2

It is not allowed to change the switch positions of "manual" and "automatic" when the unit is running at full speed. The "trial run" stop position is the "emergency position". Therefore, when the trial operation stops, the unit automatically shuts down after idling and enters an "emergency" state.

The overcurrent protection settings of the main monitoring system and auxiliary control module are set at the generator current rating on the main control panel at the factory, while the auxiliary control panel is set at the main switch rating. Therefore, after installation, it should be readjusted based on the rated value of the unit and the condition of the generator.

If installation or maintenance requires both the main and auxiliary control screens to be powered off, the main controller should be placed in the "manual" position first, and the auxiliary operating system should open the knife switch. On the contrary, when restoring power, the auxiliary control screen knife switch and main switch should be contacted first, and then the main control module should be placed in the "automatic" position.

When the "Automatic" and "Manual" switches of the main control panel are set to the "Manual" position, the diesel generator, the main control panel and the auxiliary control panel are all operated manually. If the unit is operating in automatic mode and the switch is moved to the "manual" position, the unit should be shut down urgently. Finally, it should be noted that if the capacity of the generator cannot meet the electricity consumption of Wu'an's non electrical load, a switch with undervoltage automatic release can be installed on the power supply branch of unimportant loads. When there is a power outage, the power supply circuit of the branch is automatically cut off to prevent the auxiliary control screen from overload and tripping.
