Three, the mechanical part of the fault mainly has the following points:

1. The linkage part of the shafting is not centered, the center line does not coincide, and the centering is not correct. The main reason for this failure is the installation process, the poor, improper installation caused by. There is another situation, that is, some linkage part of the center line is consistent in the cold state, but after running for a period of time due to the rotor fulcrum, foundation deformation, the center line is damaged, so as to produce vibration.

2. The gear and coupling connected with the generator are faulty. This fault is mainly manifested as poor gear bite, gear wear serious, poor lubrication of the wheel, coupling skew, dislocation, gear coupling tooth shape, tooth pitch is wrong, clearance is too large or serious wear, will cause a certain amount of vibration.

3. The generator itself structure defects and installation problems. This kind of failure is mainly manifested as journal ellipse, rotating shaft bending, gap between shaft and bearing bush is too large or too small, bearing seat, foundation plate, a part of the foundation and the whole generator installation foundation stiffness is not enough, the generator and the foundation plate is not fixed firmly, the foot bolt is loose, the bearing seat and the foundation plate is loose, etc. The gap between the shaft and the bearing bush is too large or too small can not only cause vibration but also make the lubrication and temperature of the bearing bush abnormal.

4. Load conduction vibration driven by silent diesel generator. For example, the turbine vibration of the turbine generator, the vibration of the fan and water pump driven by the generator, causing the vibration of the generator.
