Start parallel machines on demand

In automatic mode, when the generator group receives the start signal, the unit with higher priority (configurable) will automatically start. At the same time, the internal program of the controller of the unit will compare the load with the set value. If the load is greater than 75% of the rated power of a single unit (adjustable), the sub-priority controller will get the start signal, start the unit, synchronize and divide the load evenly. When the load increases, add the unit as above. When the load is reduced to 75% of the rated power of a single unit (adjustable), the sub-priority controller sends a disconnection signal inside, the unit will delay cooling operation according to the set time, and the delay end of the brake stop.

When the loaded generating set fails to stop, other units of lower priority automatically run and carry the load.

Fully open start parallel machine

In automatic mode, when the received on-load signal is effective, all modules will send a power-on signal. The unit that meets the on-load condition first closes first, and the other units will be synchronized one by one when they meet the on-load condition. Then the controller module detects the load. When the load is less than the small percentage of shutdown set internally, the unit with low priority will enter the delay cooling and stop after opening the heat dissipation. When the load increases again and exceeds the set percentage, all the remaining units that are not started start up and enter the above detection stop process. When the loaded generator sets alarm stop, the remaining units that are not started start up themselves, and enter the above detection stop process.

Balancing unit operation mode

In automatic mode, when the generator group receives the start signal, all the units with running time start automatically first. When the running time of the unit with the carrier is greater than the balanced running time set by other unit groups, it sends a signal to let the other units start up, and synchronizes the machine, and then unloads and stops by itself. All generating units automatically turn on and off according to the set balanced operation schedule.
