In the inspection, analysis and judgment of diesel generator damage, use the VE rotor pump to loosen the diesel filter vent screw, or use the plunger pump diesel generator to loosen the nozzle vent screw, pump oil by hand, discharge foam oil or no oil at the vent screw, it can be determined that the diesel generator low pressure oil is not smooth.

(1) Check the amount of oil in the tank. If the amount of oil is insufficient, it should be added.

(2) If the oil in the tank is sufficient, loosen the vent screw on the filter and observe the oil condition by using the manual pump on the oil-water separator.

(3) If the foam oil flows out, it is diagnosed as poor sealing at a joint of low-pressure oil circuit.

(4) If there is no oil, it should be strictly checked whether the pipeline is unobstructed. If it is blocked, it should be dredged. If the pipeline is unobstructed, we should check whether the diesel filter element is blocked, and the damage is on the diesel filter element. If the filter element is unobstructed, the cause of the damage may be the failure of the hand oil pump.

(5) If the oil is normal, loosen the overflow pipe connector of the fuel injection nozzle and start the diesel generator to observe the oil. If the oil is normal, it means that the high pressure oil circuit is damaged. If there is no oil, check whether the pipeline is unobstructed. If the oil is blocked, the fault lies here. If the pipeline is unobstructed, check whether the fuel cut-off solenoid valve of the fuel injection pump works normally. If the fuel cut-off solenoid valve works properly, the fault is caused by the failure of the vane pump operation. If the fuel cut-off solenoid valve does not work, the solenoid valve is damaged or the circuit is damaged.

2, the use of plunger injection pump diesel generator low pressure oil circuit is not smooth damage treatment method is as follows;

(1) Check the fuel tank power, if the oil is insufficient, it should be added.

(2) If the power of the fuel tank is sufficient, loosen the vent screw of the fuel injection nozzle and observe the oil condition with the pump oil of the hand pump.

(3) If foam oil flows out, it indicates that the fault is caused by bad sealing of a joint of low-pressure oil circuit.

(4) If the oil is normal, the high-pressure oil circuit is faulty.

(5) If there is no oil, pull out the pump pull torsion suddenly relax observation. If the pull button automatically returns to the position, it means that the pipeline from the tank to the oil pump is blocked, resulting in failure. If the pull button does not return, push back the pull button of the manual pump to feel the force. There are two reasons that may cause failure. One is the blockage of the pipeline after the diesel filter or the oil pump, and the other is the damage of the oil pump, resulting in the low pressure oil circuit.
