2, for the pressurized diesel generator set, due to low load, no load, low pressurization pressure. Easy to lead to the supercharger oil seal (non-contact) sealing effect decreased, oil into the pressurized chamber, with the intake into the cylinder.

3, channeling to the cylinder part of the oil involved in combustion, part of the oil can not be completely burned, in the valve, inlet, piston top, piston ring and other places to form carbon, and some are discharged with the exhaust. In this way, the cylinder liner exhaust passage will gradually accumulate oil, will also form carbon.

4, supercharger supercharger room oil accumulation to a certain extent, it will leak out from the supercharger joint surface.

5. Long-term small load operation will lead to more serious wear and tear of moving parts, deterioration of engine combustion environment and other consequences leading to advance overhaul period.

Therefore, we recommend that the use of both naturally aspirated and supercharged models should emphasize the minimization of low load/no-load operation time, and stipulate that the minimum load should not be less than 25%-30% of the rated power of the unit.
