The electric starting system of diesel engine (135 series) is composed of starter motor, charging generator, charging generator regulator, battery and surface. Since the starting system is DC power supply and many transistor components are selected, they are particularly sensitive to the polarity of the power supply, so special attention should be paid to the accurate connection of the line and the standard of the components in the assembly and disassembly. Electric starting system circuit

When the circuit key JK (4 cylinder diesel engine is not necessary) and the starting button KC is connected, the electromagnet coil of the starter motor D is connected, the electromagnetic switch moving contact is pulled, the positive electrode of the battery B1 through the stator and rotor windings of the starter motor D, and the negative electrode of the battery B2 (ground) constitute a loop. When the electromagnetic switch is closed, the starter motor gear is pushed out and the diesel engine starting gear ring of the diesel generator set teeth, and the crankshaft rotation to make the diesel generator set start. After the diesel generator set is started, the start button should be rolled out immediately, the circuit is disconnected, the starter motor gear is actively returned to the original position, otherwise the starter motor will be overspeed and damage.

After starting the diesel generator set, the silicon rectifier charging generator works with the generator regulator to charge the battery through the ammeter A and show the size of the charging current by the ammeter. The size of the charging current and the "on" or off of the charging circuit are actively controlled by the charging generator regulator.

After parking the diesel generator set, because the charging generator regulator is equipped with an interception device, it can actively block the excitation winding circuit between the battery and the charging generator, so as to prevent the power supply of the battery from flowing back to the excitation winding of the silicon rectifier charging generator.
