One，Plunger parts

The plunger assembly consists of a plunger and a plunger sleeve. The upper part of the plunger has a straight groove and a spiral groove, and the lower part has a bump and a small bump shank. The upper part of the plunger sleeve has an oil inlet and an oil outlet. When installing the plunger sleeve, ensure that the oil inlet and outlet holes are connected to the low pressure oil channel in the pump body, and that the grooves on the oil inlet holes are aligned with the positioning screws on the pump body and fixed. The function of the plunger assembly is to generate high pressure diesel fuel by moving the roller body up and down, and to deliver the high pressure diesel fuel to the high pressure fuel line and fuel injector through the delivery valve assembly.

Two, the oil valve coupling

The oil outlet valve coupling is one of the precise parts of the injection pump, which is mainly composed of the conveying valve and the seat. The conveying valve assembly is installed at the upper end of the plunger sleeve. In order to prevent oil leakage, a nylon sealing ring is installed on the oil outlet seat, and an oil outlet valve spring is installed on the upper part of the oil outlet valve, and then the oil outlet valve is firmly fixed. Fixed. The tightening torque of the oil outlet seat should not be too large, generally 39? 68 n. m. If the tightening torque is too large, the plunger sleeve will be deformed, which will affect the sliding performance of the coupling.

The function of the fuel delivery valve is to quickly isolate the diesel in the high-pressure fuel line from the plunger's upper oil chamber when the plunger stops supplying fuel, and to prevent diesel backflow in the high-pressure fuel line. As the plunger descends, it enters the fuel injection pump.
