Diesel generator set in the operation, there should be a special person on duty, often pay attention to the investigation can present a series of problems, especially pay attention to the oil pressure, water temperature, oil temperature, voltage, frequency and other important factors of change. In addition, we should pay attention to the diesel oil with satisfaction. In the work, such as fuel suspension, the objective formation of parking with load can lead to the damage of generator excitation control system and associated components.


Three.It is forbidden to start diesel engine with load. Before diesel engine starts, it is necessary to notice that the output air switch of generator is in closed condition. General type generator set diesel engine after starting through 3-5 minutes of idle work (700 RPM/min or so) winter temperature is low, idle work time should be properly extended for a few minutes. After the diesel engine is started, it is necessary to investigate whether the oil pressure is normal and whether there is oil leakage, water leakage and other abnormal appearance, (under normal circumstances, the oil pressure is necessary to be above 0.2mpa) if found abnormal to immediately stop maintenance. If the diesel engine speed is increased to an extra speed of 1500 RPM without abnormal appearance, the generator appears at 50HZ frequency and 400V voltage at this moment, then the output air switch can be closed and put into use. The generator set is not allowed to work without load for a long time. (Due to the long time of no-load work so that the diesel fuel injection nozzle can not be completely incinerated resulting in carbon accumulation, the formation of valve, piston ring leakage.) If it is an automatic generator set, it does not need idle work, because the automatic unit is usually equipped with water heater, so that the diesel engine cylinder has been kept at about 45Co, the diesel engine can be started within 8-15 seconds of normal power supply.


Four. Stop with load is prohibited. Before each shutdown, it is necessary to gradually block the load, and then close the output air switch of the generator set, and finally slow the diesel engine to idle for about 3-5 minutes before shutdown.


Four-stroke small household gasoline generator set belongs to small gasoline generator set, its prime mover is gasoline engine, engine operation according to the intake stroke, compression stroke, work stroke and exhaust stroke sequence of continuous cycle. That is, the crankshaft rotates for two weeks, running twice each (reciprocating four one-way), to complete the intake, claw, work, exhaust four working processes.


1. Intake stroke


Due to crankshaft rotation, the piston moves from TDC to TDC, the intake valve opens and the exhaust valve closes. As the piston moves down, the content of the cylinder increases and the pressure decreases, forming the pressure difference inside and outside the cylinder and generating suction. The air passes through the air filter and is mixed with the gasoline supplied by the carburetor to form a combustible mixture 'through the intake valve and is drawn into the cylinder until the piston moves to BDC and the intake stroke is completed. At this point, the crankshaft rotates for the first half revolution (0~ : 1800).


2. Compression stroke of a small domestic gasoline generator


At the end of the intake stroke, the inlet and exhaust valves are closed. As the crankshaft continues to rotate the piston moves from BTDC to TDC, the combustible gas mixture is compressed and the pressure and temperature increase continuously. When the piston reaches TDC, the compression stroke ends. At this point the crankshaft rotates a second half revolution (180-3600).


3. Power stroke


The intake and exhaust valves remain closed, and when the piston is in the compression stroke near TDC, the spark plug produces a spark that ignites the combustible mixture. After the combustion of the combustible mixture, a large amount of heat is released, which causes the temperature and pressure of the gas in the cylinder to rise sharply. The gas at high temperature and pressure expands, pushing the piston from TDC to TDC, rotating the crankshaft through the connecting rod and output mechanical work. At this point, the crankshaft rotates for a third and a half revolutions (360 -- 5400).


4. Exhaust stroke for small domestic gasoline generator


As the work nears its end, the exhaust valve opens and the intake valve remains closed. When the piston reaches the BTDC and then up TDC movement, the exhaust gas is forced out, the piston over the top TDC, the spread valve closed, the exhaust stroke is over.
