The large unit is described as follows:

1. The diesel generator unit stops normally

1) Remove the negative implant gradually, disconnect the negative implant switch, and turn the commutation switch to the manual position;

2) Speed down to 600-800 RPM in empty position, and push the oil pump handle to stop oil supply after running empty for a few minutes, and then reset the handle after shutdown;

3) When the ambient temperature is less than 5℃, the water pump and diesel engine should be discharged completely;

4) Put the speed control handle in the lowest speed position and the voltage switch in the manual position;

5) The fuel switch can be turned off for short-term parking to prevent air from entering the fuel system. The fuel switch should be turned off after long-term parking;

6) Long-term parking must drain the oil;

Ii. Emergency shutdown of diesel generator set

When one of the following situations occurs, the diesel generator set must be shut down. At this time, the negative plant should be cut off first, and immediately turn the switch handle of the injection pump to the position of cutting off the oil line, so that the diesel engine will stop immediately;

The pressure gauge value of the unit drops below the specified value:

1) Cooling water temperature exceeds 99℃;

2) Sharp knocking sound occurs in the unit, or parts are damaged;

3) Cylinder, piston, governor and other moving parts are stuck;

4) When the generator voltage exceeds the maximum reading on the table;

5) In case of fire, electric leakage and other natural hazards;
