Diesel generator set stops normally

1) Gradually remove the negative load, disconnect the negative load switch, and transfer the commutation switch to manual position;

2) Drop the speed to 600-800 RPM under empty load, and push the handle of the oil pump to stop oil supply after several minutes of empty operation, and then reset the handle after shutdown;

3) When the ambient temperature is less than 5℃, the water pump and diesel engine cooling water should be discharged completely;

4) The speed control handle is placed in the lowest speed position, and the voltage switch is placed in the manual position;

5) The fuel switch can be turned off for short-term parking to prevent air from entering the fuel system. The fuel switch should be turned off after long-term parking.

6) Long-term parking must exhaust the oil;

The diesel generator set must be stopped in an emergency when one of the following situations occurs. At this time, the negative plant should be cut off first, and immediately turn the switch handle of the fuel injection pump to the position of cutting off the oil circuit, so that the diesel engine will stop immediately;

Unit pressure gauge value drops below the specified value:

1) The cooling water temperature exceeds 99℃;

2) The unit has a sharp knocking sound, or parts are damaged;

3) The cylinder, piston, governor and other moving parts are stuck;

4) When the generator voltage exceeds the maximum reading on the meter;

5) In case of fire, electricity leakage and other natural hazards;
