1. water pressure method inspection:

2. air pressure inspection:

Put the water tank flat in the tank filled with water, and then blow air to the air inlet, the pressure is in (49 ~ 98) kPa, pay attention to observe the water surface, if there is a crack can see a series of bubbles out of the water surface.

Water leaks are found after inspection and marked for repair. Water tank water pipe in the upper and lower water chamber joint welding leakage, polished clean, with a special soldering iron to melt solder. If the water tank outer water leakage, polished clean, coated with zinc oxide, with soldering iron repair. The heat sink that is crushed and deformed can be straightened with a special tool like a comb.
