Cummins diesel generator set voltage abnormal how to do?

The voltage of diesel generator set is abnormal in the process of use, so what causes the abnormal voltage of diesel generator set?

I. When the excitation current of the generator is adjusted to make the reactive power of the generator reach the low allowable limit Z, if the bus voltage is still higher than the voltage curve specified by the duty leader, the duty officer shall report to the duty leader immediately for processing.

2. When 220kV bus voltage is higher than the voltage curve range specified by the value length, the generator excitation current should be adjusted in time without waiting for the command of the value length to make the bus voltage normal.

3. When 220kV bus voltage is lower than the voltage curve range specified by the value length, the reactive power of the unit should be adjusted without waiting for the command of the value length. If to the rated output, the bus voltage still can not return to normal, should immediately report to the duty commander to ask the system to adjust the voltage.

4. When the busbar voltage drops to "low operating voltage", the diesel generator company recommends that, in order to prevent voltage collapse, the unnecessary load of the busbar should be immediately reduced to restore the busbar voltage above "low operating voltage" and report to the duty leader.

5. If the system voltage decrease and frequency decrease occur at the same time, the frequency decrease accident should be handled according to the treatment method.
