1. Starting inspection. Add fuel oil, lubricating oil and coolant as required. Shake the crankshaft with the handle, observe whether the decompression mechanism is working normally, and judge whether the pressure of the diesel engine compression stroke is normal by hand feeling. If the diesel engine cannot be started for one time, it should be stopped to check whether the starting method is correct, the position of the decompression handle is correct, and the sound of fuel injection is clear. If the season should be considered in winter, whether it is necessary to start the heating machine after heating. If the engine can start within three times, it shows that the starting performance of the diesel engine is good.

2. Governor inspection. Pull the throttle, observe whether the speed of the generator set increases with the increase of the throttle, reduce with the decrease of the throttle, whether the speed is sensitive; If the speed of the generator decreases sharply with the sharp contraction of the throttle, it is stable at Z low speed and does not flameout, it indicates that the governor works normally.

3. Check spare parts. Pay attention to check the diesel engine accessories, special tools, operation instructions, etc. are complete, the appearance of the diesel engine is not collision or other damage.
