(1) After receiving the signal of "ready to disassemble", decelerate and unload. "After disassembly", slow down and cool down the machine gradually, listen to the machine and determine its position and cause before stopping;

(2) Shut down the fuel pump normally (fault stop or emergency stop can be used in special cases), and shut down the external circulating water pump;

(3) When parking for more than 1 hour, the car shall be dumped;

(4) After parking, carry out maintenance according to the operation condition, keep the equipment in good condition and clean;

(5) At least once a week for the diesel engine running parts of a comprehensive inspection, found problems should be dealt with in time.

Points for attention:

(1) Personnel on duty must stick to their posts, do their own work, do frequent listening, frequent watching, frequent inspection, strictly abide by the operating procedures;

(2) The staff on duty should fill in the shift record carefully. Problems in the operation of the unit should be dealt with on duty and explained in writing to the next shift in detail. Report the key issues to the leader in time;

(3) after the use of tools, to count and locate, lost tools and parts to find out where;

(4) No smoking in the main machine room, keep the working place clean, and take active measures to eliminate noise.
