The working principle of the oil supply system is that the oil is sucked out from the fuel tank by the oil pump, and the oil inlet cavity of the oil supply pump is reached after the fuel filter. The supply pump is vane type, its function is to increase the fuel pressure according to the increase of engine transfer; Then the fuel reaches the pressure regulating valve, which is used to adjust the fuel pressure in the injection pump; The distributor plunger further increases the oil pressure and feeds the fuel into the injector through the high-pressure tubing. The fuel seeping from the injector is recovered by the return valve and returned to the fuel tank.
The so-called electronically controlled fuel injection is to measure the amount of air inhaled into the engine and then supply the right amount of gasoline to the engine by high-pressure injection. The computer-controlled process that controls the mix of air and gasoline is called electronically controlled fuel injection. This kind of oil supply mode is fundamentally different from the traditional carburetor. The carburetor relies on the negative pressure generated when the air flows through the carburetor's waiting tube, which will suck the gasoline in the float room to the throat tube and mist with the air flow into the combustible mixture.
Control contents and functions of Electronic Fuel injection System (fe1) :
1. Control of fuel injection volume ecu takes the engine speed and load signal as the main control signal to determine the basic fuel injection volume (the opening time of the oil injection solenoid valve), and to modify it according to other relevant input signals, and finally determine the total fuel injection volume.
2. Injection timing control ecu according to the signal of the crankshaft phase sensor and the firing sequence of the two cylinders, the injection time is controlled at an optimal moment.
3. Deceleration and speed limit oil cut-off control when the motorcycle is driving, when the driver quickly releases the throttle, the ecu will cut off the fuel injection control circuit, stop the fuel injection, in order to reduce the exhaust gas emission and fuel consumption during deceleration. When the engine accelerates, if the engine speed exceeds the safe speed, the ecu will cut off the fuel injection control circuit at the critical speed and stop fuel injection to prevent the engine from speeding and damaging the engine
4. Fuel Pump control When the ignition switch is turned on, the ecu will control the gasoline pump for 2-3 seconds to establish the necessary oil pressure. If the engine is not available, the ecu will cut off the control circuit of the gasoline pump and the gasoline pump will stop working.
