(1) Correct use of closed water cooling system

Most modern diesel engines use closed water cooling system, heat pipe radiator cover is sealed, and an expansion tank is added. When the diesel engine is working, the refrigerant steam enters the expansion tank, and the water is cooled and then flows to the heat pipe radiator, which can prevent the evaporation loss of the refrigerant and improve the melting temperature of the refrigerant. The water cooling system should use excellent freezing liquid with corrosion resistance, anti-boiling, anti-cold and anti-scale, and must ensure the sealing property in use to receive the effect.

(2) Keep the outside and inside of the water cooling system clean

This is one of the important conditions to improve the heat pipe heat dissipation efficiency. If soil or oil stains are stuck to the heat pipe radiator or the heat sink is deformed due to impact, the wind will not pass through the heat pipe radiator. As a result, the heat dissipation effect of the heat pipe deteriorates, causing the freezing liquid temperature to be too high. (3) Keep the refrigerant sufficient. When the diesel generator is in the cold state, the refrigerant level should be located between the high and low mark of the expansion tank. If the liquid level is less than the low mark of the expansion tank, it should be added in time. Note that the frozen liquid in the expansion tank can not be filled, should leave a swelling way back.

(4) Keep the engine belt tightening force appropriate

The engine belt is too loose, so that the speed ratio of the centrifugal pump is too low, affecting the circulation of the refrigerant, and will speed up the damage of the tape. But the tape is too tight, and will make the centrifugal pump rolling bearing damage. In addition, the tape can not be stuck with oil stains.
