Diesel generator operation procedure

One. Automatic status

1. Keep the battery pack of the starting motor at the starting voltage;

2 Keep the radiator cooling water level normal, the circulating water valve is normally open;

3. Keep the crankcase oil level within ±2cm of the dipstick line;

4. The oil supply valve of the tank is often opened when the oil quantity is more than half;

5. The "run - stop - automatic" switch of the generator control panel is placed in the "automatic" position;

6. The unit distribution panel mode switch in the "automatic" position;

7. Radiator fan switch in the "automatic" position;

8. After receiving mains voltage loss signal, the unit begins to confirm mains voltage loss and cut off the conversion cabinet. Mains switch Turn on the power switch of the converter cabinet and start the inlet and exhaust fans in the equipment room.

Two. Start the VM manually

1. When the indoor temperature is lower than 20℃, open the electric heater to preheat the machine;

2. Check whether there is debris hindering the operation of the body and its surroundings. If so, it should be removed in time;

3. Check the crankcase oil level, fuel tank oil level, and radiator water level. If the oil level is lower than the specified value, it should be replenished to the normal position.

4. Check whether the oil supply valve and cooling water cut-off valve are in the open position;

5. Check whether the battery string voltage of the starting motor is normal;

6. Check the test button of the distribution panel and observe whether the alarm indicator light is on;

7. Check whether the switch of the switchboard is in the opening position and whether the indicator light of the instrument is in the zero position;

8. Start the inlet and exhaust fan;

9. Press the start button of the engine to start running. If the first startup fails, press the corresponding reset button on the power distribution panel, and wait for the alarm to disappear and the unit to return to normal state, then start the second startup. After startup, the running sound is normal, the cooling water pump operation indicator is on, and the road meter indicates that the startup is successful.
