There should be no adverse factors between the equipment to affect the normal operation. All kinds of equipment and subordinate equipment of mine explosion-proof diesel traction locomotive and vehicle should be arranged reasonably, the device is strong and reliable, easy to check, repair, and consider the influence of other conditions on the vehicle together. 3, remove the air filter of the generator set, remove the upper shell of the filter, remove the filter element and other components, remove the water in the filter, and clean the parts with metal cleaning agent or diesel.

Loosen the bleed screw on the pump body of the high-pressure oil pump, pump oil with a manual pump, and observe whether the low-pressure oil supply is smooth and sufficient. If there is unclean air to be continued in the diesel, it is necessary to check whether there is air leakage in each link of the pipeline before the manual pump, such as whether the gasket of the pipe joint is damaged, whether the pipe joint is tightened, whether the pipe is damaged or cracked. When pumping oil with a hand oil pump, if the oil is difficult to come and the oil is not smooth, it is stated that there is obstruction in the low pressure oil circuit. Check whether the filter screen of the diesel collector, the filter element of the diesel collector or the pipeline is blocked. When the temperature is low, we should check whether the diesel trademark is right, whether it is blocked by diesel wax or water icing. Remove the blockage until the oil suction is smooth and the oil is discharged without bubbles.
