(1) When installing the low oil pressure automatic parking device, the parking on the rack connecting rod needs to be coordinated with the position of the shift fork. When the diesel oil pressure drops to the automatic stop pressure value (245kpa), the shift fork should contact the brake. Diesel generator factory, this state of the limiter and shift fork position has been fixed debugging, so do not disassemble at will when using.

(2) When the diesel generator starts, the operating lever should be manually pulled to lift the shift fork, so that the gear rod of the fuel injection pump can supply oil normally.

(3) The device only plays a protective role when the oil pressure drops sharply due to the accidental failure of the diesel generator manufacturer, and cannot control the oil pressure required for the normal operation of the diesel generator. Therefore, during the operation of diesel generator, the operator should pay close attention to the change of diesel generator oil pressure. When the oil pan force deviates from the prescribed range, the cause should be found in time to troubleshoot.

(4) When using the external power supply to charge the battery, it is necessary to turn the power switch of the display screen to the "OFF" position. After charging, turn on the monitor power switch.

(5) When the monitoring system runs abnormally, first check whether the joint of each sensor is corroded by oil and water, and whether the joint is loose or falling off. Replace with a new generator if necessary.
