1. Freezing crack, which is the most likely damage of diesel generators in winter

The cracks in the body can be repaired by cold welding only in the parts without force. First at both ends of the crack stop hole, and then along the crack planted a number of iron nails, and then perpendicular to the direction of the crack plate repair a number of pieces, with low carbon steel electrode along the crack and repair plate welding. Pay attention to the welding side with a small hammer to gently tap the weld, after all welding with flame correction.

2. The upper and lower balance shaft end 205 bearing hole wear

This situation must be repaired immediately. When the bearing hole wear is light, it can be repaired by adding 205 bearing outer circle method. The steel wire is symmetrically pointed in a small spot by oxygen welding in the bearing outer ring, corrected with file, and then pressed into the bearing hole.

Another method is to use 2 mm thick iron plate to make a big flat pad with an inner hole of 50 mm, and make three silk holes on the flat pad and body, and fix them with flat head screws. When the bearing hole wear is serious, you can boring the original hole insert sleeve, and make three small wire holes in the insert bushing and body joint, fixed with screws.

3. The bolt hole of cylinder head is slippery or damaged

This situation is caused by excessive force or tamping when tightening the cylinder head nut. If it is individual silk hole, you can change the wire, and process a matching cylinder head bolt with the wire hole. If the wire hole is broken or multiple wire holes are slippery, it cannot be repaired.
